Have you ever been down about something or just felt stressed and went for a walk and felt better, or felt like your head was cleared, or you found a solution to a problem, or you received great inspiration? There are proven studies that nature is actually good for us physically, emotionally, as well as spiritually. If you find yourself curious on this subject, I invite you to research it. You'll find some amazing test results by many different studies on this topic.
Test results are showing boosts in vitality, health, spirits in just a twenty minute visit outdoors. Studies even show bringing nature inside helps as well, but it seems the results are better if you can actually get out in there in the nature. The culmination of feeling the air, breathing it in, hearing the songs of nature from the birds, crickets and frogs, feeling the sunshine, (excellent as the best Vitamin D source - which is another entire health subject on its own!), seeing the beauty of nature with its landscapes, sky, grasses, flowers, trees, etc., does wonders for us!
Interestingly too, studies are proving that nature can help with depression as well! It can help relieve tension and stress. I know for myself, when I find myself really focused on an issue, a walk nearly ninety-nine percent of the time will have me feeling so much better, lifting my spirit and thus my energy vibration as well.
One of the key ways, I personally believe nature has such a wonderful impact on us is because nature is on its own accord at a higher vibration. And if we're in a lower vibration the nature acts to pull us into a higher one, and we feel the difference. If you make visiting, or participating in nature a regular routine this brings you into a consistency of the higher vibration, which can only lead to a more positive impact.
I invite you to put this to the test, if you don't already see where nature has had an positive impact on you. And to perhaps consider it to be a part of your healthy and/or spiritual routine to enjoy it in some aspect daily or weekly or so, if you aren't already doing so.
